Furthermore, the physiological – inflammatory – response to gluten that will cause these neurological malfunctions in intolerant individuals, is also present in sufferers of Parkinson’s Disease, Alzheimer’s, Multiple Sclerosis and Autism. So, people with a gluten sensitivity really need to make sure they stay away from foods and cosmetics that contain gluten.
